DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@vanproject1.com with images and a description of the issue. Upon verification and at our discretion, we may offer a replacement or a refund. Replacements or refunds will not be processed if the damage is determined to be a result of misuse or improper handling.
ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays due to external factors such as customs inspections. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate and, if deemed appropriate, may issue a replacement or refund.
RETURN POLICY
Non-Returnable Items: Our policy strictly limits returns. We do not accept returns for refunds except in cases where products are defective, damaged upon arrival, or lost in transit. This policy enables us to maintain our competitive pricing and free worldwide shipping.
Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted only for defective or wrong items. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase and initiate a return request by contacting us at sales@vanproject1.com. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.
Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not provided. If you need a different item, return the original (subject to our policy) and place a new order. This ensures efficient handling and customer satisfaction.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned items. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at sales@vanproject1.com.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Van Project 1 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. We advise customers to ensure the delivery address is secure. Inquiries regarding lost or stolen packages should be directed to the shipping carrier.
