- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation upon placing your order. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These costs will be displayed during checkout.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
- International Orders: Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are determined by the destination country and are not included in our prices. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs Clearance: Customs policies vary widely; delays due to customs are beyond our control and are not the responsibility of Van Project 1.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

- Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in investigating the delay, but Van Project 1 is not liable for delays or lost packages once they are in the carrier's possession.
